How We Do Business

We have an open and transparent remuneration structure.

We are paid by our clients, usually those selling their businesses, and not the buyer. This enables us to source the whole of the market, not just those buyers who pay introductory fees, thereby ensuring that all potential buyers are considered.

When we meet a would-be client for the first time, there is no charge; this meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and mutually decide if we can help prospective clients achieve their objectives and if we can work with each other.

If we agree terms, then we are then paid for our services on an agreed hourly rate.

If our services result in a sale being completed, then we charge a success fee and the hourly fees already charged are refunded.

Our fees are subject to VAT, we invoice at the end of each month, and our payment terms are seven days.
